Auditory ossicles
The auditory ossicles consist of the hammer (malleus), anvil (incus) and stirrup (stapes). They are the smallest bones in the middle ear. The hammer is connected to the eardrum on one side and to the anvil on the other side. The anvil connects to the stapes, and it connects to the membrane of the oval window. They are the only bones that will not change their size during human ontogenetic development.

Frontal bone
The human skull is made of 29 bones, connected most often by ligaments and a movable temporomandibular joint (articulatio temporomandibularis). The bones of the skull, which make up the brain (neurocranium) and facial part (splanchnocranium), are divided into even and odd ones. The frontal bone is the odd structure that makes up the part of the brain. Although in a child this bone is even, it heats up with time. Sometimes there is a suture on the bone, known as sutura metopica. During sex diagnostics, attention is paid to the expression of the frontal tumours and the shape of the glabella—it is a slight prominence lying in the median plane of the body between the browbones. It is the most forward point of the cranial vault. Between the frontal and parietal bones in children there is an anterior fontanelle (fonticulum anterior). It is on the midline of the skull at the intersection of the coronal suture, the sagittal suture and the frontal suture.

Right parietal bone
The human skull is made of 29 bones, connected most often by ligaments and a movable temporomandibular joint (articulatio temporomandibularis). The bones of the skull, which make up the brain (neurocranium) and facial part (splanchnocranium), are divided into even and odd ones. The parietal bones are even and compose the cerebral part, its arch. In children, an anterior fontanelle (fonticulum anterior) is present between the parietal and frontal bones. Therefore, it is at the midline of the skull, at the intersection of the coronal suture, the sagittal suture and the frontal suture. The fontanelle is overgrown between 9 and 18 months.
